A native Washingtonian and Virginia Commonwealth University business graduate, Ron built WavyStay on a simple belief: real estate should give people their time back, not take it away.
What started as house-hacking a single basement unit in D.C. has grown into a full-service short-, mid- and corporate-rental management company serving the DMV and a platform Ron uses to teach the financial-literacy principles that most of us were never taught in school. “Overall the place was nice and clean. We asked to check in 30’ early and they asked $25 per hour for early check in which was reasonable. The parking included is a great addition since I don’t have to deal with finding street parking. The place was very close to the metro station for an alternative commute option. When we first walked in, the dining table was placed upside down with the table top on the ground and we find that a bit weird and unwelcoming. We didn’t have any hot water for showering on the first night and the bathroom fan wasn’t working throughout our stay.”
