Affiliate Terms & Agreement

Read and understand the terms governing the WavyStay Affiliate Program before submitting your application.

1. Program Overview

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between WavyStay ("Company") and the undersigned individual or business ("Affiliate"). The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which the Affiliate may earn commissions by referring property owners or investors to the Company's Airbnb and mid-term rental management services.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliate will earn 3% of gross Airbnb payout revenue generated from each referred and successfully onboarded client ("Client Property"). This commission is residual and paid as long as the Client Property remains under active management by the Company.

3. Qualified Referrals

A referral qualifies if: (a) The property owner signs a management agreement with the Company. (b) The property completes onboarding and goes live on Airbnb or other STR/MTR platforms. (c) The property receives at least one paid booking.

4. Commission Eligibility Requirements

a. Client Onboarding Fee Paid in Full: Affiliate commissions only begin after the referred client has paid their onboarding fee in full to the Company. No commissions will be earned or paid prior to this.

b. W-9 Submission: Affiliate must submit a valid signed and completed IRS W-9 form before any payments will be issued. Failure to do so will result in a hold on payouts.

c. Airbnb Co-Host Access & Compliance:

  • Affiliate must create and maintain an active Airbnb account in good standing.

  • Affiliate will be added as a co-host to the referred Client Property on Airbnb to enable automated commission payments.

  • As a co-host, the Affiliate must strictly adhere to all of Airbnb's Terms of Service, Co-Hosting Guidelines, and Community Standards, including but not limited to:
    -respecting guest and host privacy,
    -maintaining a professional presence on the platform,
    -complying with all rules regarding communication, conduct, and behavior.

  • Violations of Airbnb's rules or suspension of the Affiliate's Airbnb account may result in removal as co-host and termination of commissions.


d. No payment shall be due for referrals that do not meet the above conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Commission payments are paid automatically via Airbnb within 3–5 business days of a guest completing their stay. Payments are made via the Affiliate's chosen payout method on their Airbnb account. Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings.

6. Duration & Termination of Agreement

This Agreement is valid only for the duration of the management contract between the Company and the referred client. Once a referred client's property is offboarded, canceled, or the contract is terminated for any reason, all related commission payments to the Affiliate will immediately cease. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Company reserves the right to remove Affiliates from the program for violation of this Agreement or Airbnb terms.
