Cozy is the perfect word to describe this home. It has everything you need and a lot of extras. It is easy to get to, and directions were clear. Great location to access all the fun things to do around Charlotte.

Overall the place was nice and clean. We asked to check in 30’ early and they asked $25 per hour for early check in which was reasonable. The parking included is a great addition since I don’t have to deal with finding street parking. The place was very close to the metro station for an alternative commute option. When we first walked in, the dining table was placed upside down with the table top on the ground and we find that a bit weird and unwelcoming. We didn’t have any hot water for showering on the first night and the bathroom fan wasn’t working throughout our stay.

We were able to fit comfortably with 9 people. Living room was a little small for how many of us there were. Area is not the best, but the train was across the street which was convenient.

Faith was very attentive and friendly it wasn’t what I expected but we made it work. It wasn’t even really the size or location of the house. It was the uncleanliness of the house and the poor upkeep of the front and back yards and trash at the basement door. Also you can tell that it’s an older house which is fine but it appears the house isn’t been kept up enough. There was stained furniture, peeling paint, scratches and dirty walls, a cracked window and broken and discolored window blinds. The pictures on the sight matches the house but you can tell those pictures were taking when everything was new and fresh and aren’t recent shots. But nevertheless Faith was kind friendly and apologetic. She was an awesome professional host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located near the Capitol district. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear and helpful instructions that made everything easy. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

This was such an amazing stay! It was close to the places on my list to visit, but when we got back to the Airbnb it felt like home. It was super easy to find and the backyard is a peaceful spot to sit and talk or watch the sunrise or set.
