No Smoking: No smoking inside/outside the property to keep it fresh and clean. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including marijuana, cigarettes, and vaping. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.

Pets: Not allowed, unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $250

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $1,000.

Quiet Hours: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in all common areas and inside the unit. We kindly ask that TV and music volumes be kept at a reasonable level at all times.

IMPORTANT: Electricity consumption is not included and is charged based on actual usage, measured at check-in and check-out, payable in cash, local transfer, or platform.

Please note that unauthorized Early check in/late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
