Located 15 minutes from all of the excitement in downtown Detroit: Ford Field, LCA, Woodward Ave, FOX Theater, COBO Center, Cork Town and so much more is all just a quick jump on and off the freeway. There is plenty of parking at this home with a private driveway able to fit 4 cars. 10 minutes to Royal Oak & Ferndale, where plenty of restaurants and bars are located. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 fee per hour.
