Located 15 minutes from all of the excitement in downtown Detroit: Ford Field, LCA, Woodward Ave, FOX Theater, COBO Center, Cork Town and so much more is all just a quick jump on and off the freeway. There is plenty of parking at this home with a private driveway able to fit 4 cars. 10 minutes to Royal Oak & Ferndale, where plenty of restaurants and bars are located.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. A $500 fee will be charged for any violation.

Pets Allowed: Pets are welcome. Please clean up after your pet and help us keep the space comfortable for future guests.

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors by not hosting parties or events. Any violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fee.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Only registered guests are permitted

Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 fee per hour. If you need extra time, please message us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on availability.
