They may not be hospitable if you have complaints just FYI. I expressed a few specific things to the host as they were happening to give them a chance to resolve but they actually ended up blaming me instead. The washer started leaking when I tried to use it, I sent a video to the host, then when the technician came 6 days later they said there was a hose that was too short and needed to be replaced. I wouldn’t have even complained in the review about it because things happen, but the host blamed me for it. I also sent them pictures of used soap and hair in the shower, but they just told me their cleaning crew said it was cleaned before I came, so nothing was done. I also sent them videos of ants crawling all over the floor, they didn’t help with that either. Overall, I feel like I tried to address concerns in a cordial way but didn’t receive the same courtesy. I also suspect they will bash me in their review since they did the same when I complained to Airbnb.
