Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A fine of $250 per night will be enforced for any violations of this policy. You are more then welcome to on the front porch or the back porch.
Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted on the premises. Any such activities will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund, and a $1,000 fine will be imposed.
Please be mindful that there are neighbors on the side of the home. Please be sure to respect the designated quiet hours Monday- Thursday 11pm to 7am. Friday-Sunday 12am-7am.
Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
There is free street parking located in front of the home and a one onsite private parking spot in the rear of the home.

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space was well-maintained, thoughtfully prepared, and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.
The property was not terrible. Everything is dirty worn out stained. Coaches are replaced with cheap futons. Blinds were broken. Smashed bugs and grease spots on walls. Floors were popping up. Rugs curling up. Outside shed was falling over. Gazebo in the photos was not there. Outdoor furniture destroyed. Human sized hole under back steps leading to somewhere. Concrete pad on back has a bucket to keep you from driving off it. No privacy curtains to outside window in the shower! Missing railings and smoke detectors. Tape on the locks to the house... clogged up air vents. smelled of cigarettes We left after 20 minutes of looking for a hotel and never got our money back. The neighborhood is run down and I learned after we got there even Ubers were not picking up guests. We also were advised by a 3rd party later to go straight into the house and not walk our pup if we had stayed. Booking this place put a huge damper on a vacation we had been looking forward to for 6 months. Very disappointe
