Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee per night. for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture steam cleaning and aeration. You are more the welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking areas. Please do not smoke inside of the suite. There are sensors that can detect smoke in the suite If it is detected, you will be fined $500 per night. You are welcome to smoke outside on the back patio or in the screen porch lounge.

Host is so responsive they have a team to assist you around the clock. The only downfall to that is they do not communicate to each other. Stay was pleasant but could have been better. Make sure to DOCUMENT ALL THE ISSUES/CONCERNS on the 1st day and communicate with the host or you will be charged at the end of your stay for the items. You WILL have to get some of the missing amenities promised in the unit; we purchased eating utensils and left them for the next guests. The unit is next to an abandoned home that workers are now working on so it is quite an eyesore and there is a porta-potty located in the backyard so you will have to deal with the smell and trash left by previous guests and service men that have been to the host home or next door. (if they haven't removed it by now 7/10/25; we left on 7/1/25) Overall, it was not a bad stay, the place was clean. 3 minute walk to the Metro for easy convenience.
Host always very fast to respond or act on requests. The space is a little tight but well put together and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped for any cooking needs and a lot of flexible cupboard space. All the appliances are fairly new and work really nice except the washer/dryer is a single combination and just takes longer to dry but still does a good job. Street parking is free but with some timing logistics to maneuver. The bedrooms are the most spacious areas in the unit and they are each nicely furnished and decorated. One block from metro station; few blocks walk to a big park by a creek. Overall convenient stay.
